Quick Files Clean Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy concerns Quick Files Clean (the “App”) and the information processed by its provider (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains our data practices, outside services, and available privacy choices.

Installing or using Quick Files Clean indicates that you have read and accepted this notice. Should you disagree, discontinue use and uninstall the App. Separate consent will be requested before any activity that legally requires it.

I. Scope

This notice covers information associated with App functions, technical operation, advertisements, and communications you send to us.

II. Information Involved

Junk-file cleanup. Quick Files Clean may examine accessible cache files, temporary items, logs, residual data, and unused APK packages to produce a scan summary. Cleanup is performed through the one-tap action you initiate and confirm.

Notification clearing. Notification information is used to display accumulated entries and dismiss unwanted notifications through the available controls.

Battery information. The battery feature reads the charge percentage, temperature, and voltage supplied by your device. Available readings depend on the information supported by the device.

Photo compression. Images you choose are processed to create copies with reduced file sizes for saving or sharing.

Speaker assistance. The speaker feature uses sound playback and vibration patterns intended to assist with light dust near the speaker opening. Any effect depends on the phone model, speaker design, and dust conditions.

Access required for these functions depends on Android restrictions and the permissions granted to the App. A related function may be limited when the necessary access is unavailable.

Technical and usage records. These may include device model, system and App versions, language, network status, IP address, app-instance identifiers, session duration, feature interactions, permission status, crash traces, and error reports.

Advertising records. Providers may process advertising identifiers, general regional estimates, ad impressions, clicks, attribution events, and fraud-detection signals.

III. Purposes and Legal Grounds

Information supports the requested functions, compatibility checks, troubleshooting, feature-usage analysis, advertisement delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and support responses.

Where applicable, processing relies on consent, provision of a requested service, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in technical reliability and preventing misuse. Reliance on legitimate interests is subject to consideration of your rights and freedoms.

IV. Recipients of Information

Relevant technical, diagnostic, advertising, or support information may be supplied to providers assisting with the purposes described above.

Providers acting on our instructions receive information for assigned tasks. Independent providers must follow their own disclosures and applicable legal obligations.

Other disclosures may be necessary to answer lawful requests, investigate security incidents, or establish and defend legal rights.

We do not exchange personal data for money.

V. Advertising and Analytics Services

The following descriptions apply to services included in the relevant release.

Information may be transmitted to the relevant Google or Firebase services. Their notices explain additional processing and retention details.

Advertisements or links may open separate websites or applications. The destination’s privacy notice applies to information you submit directly there. This does not remove our responsibilities for data handled through integrated components.

VI. Cookies and Related Technologies

Embedded webpages, advertisements, and SDKs may use cookies, local storage, or similar identifiers for content delivery, measurement, preferences, and security.

Where consent is necessary, optional analytics or personalized advertising will remain inactive until valid consent is obtained. Available consent controls or the contact details below may be used to revise a choice.

VII. Children

Quick Files Clean is not designed for children younger than 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them.

If we discover such information, we will take appropriate deletion measures. Parents or guardians can report concerns using Section XIII.

VIII. Retention, Security, and International Processing

Local App records can be removed using available device controls. Files saved outside App-specific storage may remain after uninstallation.

Technical logs, advertising events, diagnostics, and support correspondence are retained according to their purpose, unresolved support or security issues, and legal retention duties. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for those reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No digital safeguard can eliminate all risks.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, international transfers use legally recognized safeguards. Contact us for details of relevant arrangements.

IX. Your Rights under the GDPR

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the following rights are available subject to its legal conditions and exceptions.

Information and Access
Ask about processing and obtain a copy of eligible personal data.

Correction
Request amendment of inaccurate or incomplete details.

Deletion
Seek erasure where a qualifying ground applies and no legal exception requires retention.

Restriction
Ask for limits on processing in circumstances recognized by law.

Objection
Object to direct marketing or to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation.

Portability
Obtain eligible data you supplied in a structured, machine-readable format when automated processing relies on consent or a contract, and request direct transmission where technically feasible.

Consent Withdrawal
Withdraw consent for future processing without affecting earlier lawful activity.

Regulatory Complaint
Raise concerns with the competent data protection authority.

X. Submitting a Request

Send privacy requests to the address in Section XIII. We may ask for proportionate verification details before providing information or applying changes.

Requests are assessed within applicable legal deadlines. Any lawful reason limiting our response will be explained.

XI. Mobile Device Choices

Android advertising controls may allow you to reset or delete the advertising identifier. Earlier versions may instead offer “Opt out of Ads Personalization”; names and availability vary by device.

You may also withdraw optional App permissions using the controls provided by Android. A dependent function may then become unavailable.

These choices do not necessarily remove advertisements, stop all technical processing, or erase information already held by service providers.

XII. Policy Revisions

Changes to App functions, providers, data practices, or legal requirements may lead to a revised notice.

The replacement version will show its update date and when it applies. Additional notification or renewed consent will be provided before affected processing starts wherever required.
